31 Hungerford Road became known as The Old Surgery during its 120 years as a medical practice. It was re-opened as a dental practice by Steve Lomas in February 1998.

Over the years the practice has grown from just one surgery to six modern, air conditioned surgeries, with Richard Willis joining the practice in August 2000 as a partner. During this time we have kept a stable dentist base to provide our patients with a long-term relationship and continuity of care with their dentist.

Here at The Old Surgery Dental Practice, we offer a complete service which includes minor oral surgery services and relative analgesia (laughing gas) for anxious children. Since 1999, Steve Lomas and Richard Willis have been approved to mentor and train new graduates, with both of them proving to be successful trainers.

We were the first practice in Crewe to achieve the BDA Good Practice Award in 2003, and in subsequent years. This award promotes and demonstrates our commitment to quality standards as set by the British Dental Association.
