Working Together

The Old Surgery referral service was launched to provide practices with access to treatments that are not always readily available in general practice.

We are a well-established and efficient practice that aims to complement the service that our referring dentists already offer to their patients.

We are extremely proud of the services and care we can offer on a referral basis and consider it a privilege to receive referrals.

We would like to offer our referring dentists this reassurance:

• We aim to ensure that referring dentists and referred patients are confident that the quality of work and level of care received is of the highest standard
• Following a course of treatment we will always return a patient to the referring dentist
• We will only carry out treatment agreed by the referring dentist
• Following consultation, copies of a written treatment plan and estimate will be provided for the patient and referring dentist.

How to Refer

To refer a patient, simply complete one of our downloadable referral forms from below and return either by post, fax, email or via our website.

Referrals will be passed to the appropriate practitioner and patients will be contacted directly for an appointment.

Our team of dedicated coordinators work alongside our practitioners, following the progress of each patient until they are returned to your care.

Each coordinator aims to provide a service tailor made for your referral needs, they aim to work closely with referral practices and are on hand to provide assistance with any queries you may have.

Terms & Conditions
1. Electric toothbrush will consist of an Oral B Professional Care 1000 or suitable substitute where applicable.
2. Competition winners will be picked at the final day of each month and informed accordingly.
3. Winners will be selected at random and one person will not be eligible to win multiple times, should the same person be randomly picked, a redraw will take place until a new winner is chosen.
